I was really taken aback by AubreyJ’s photos of the day the other day. He keeps running lists of casualties and very good updates on what is going on in the war. If you don’t read his blog, you are missing a good read.

Why A Daily Memorial?
I donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t ever want to forget what America lost that day, I hope that the world never forgets. I will do whatever I can to keep the memory of those we lost alive. Therefore the first post of each new day at chezdiva.com will be dedicated to the memory of one of 2,977 the innocent lives that was lost on September 11th 2001.
Jacques at Carry on America writes about Christopher Hitchens’ warning against Islamic Fundamentalism. She enjoys Hitchens’ style and gives a good summary of a speech he delivered earlier in the week. His warning and take on the situation we are in is well worth the read.
