I am a real believer in self hypnosis. I’ve mentioned in previous posts that I was a psychotherapists at one point in my life and had a license to do hypnotherapy. I went into hypnosis with a little bit of trepidation primarily because it is portrayed as a parlor trick in movies. In reality, its a very effective way of dealing with a broad range of personal issues that affect our lives.

Self hypnosis can work to help you stop habits that are negatively affecting you. Anything from quitting smoking to dealing with insomnia can be effectively dealt with through self-hypnosis.
