Condoleezza Rice has met with world leaders throughout her career as Secretary of State. Her trip to Africa with President and Laura Bush is no exception. Playing with the big boys is nothing new for her. Meeting with tribal leaders in Africa is a different game though. Some tribal leaders in Ghana are teaching her a different kind of diplomacy than what she’s accustomed to.
