If Michelle Obama said those words many years ago, she was being very truthful and also very insightful. But it goes deeper than that. People who are classified as Black and American Indian are not really citizens. We are in an inferior social caste. Period. Gimmicks are used to pretend otherwise. But continued use of race is a crime that originated in the slave south during colonial times, and continues to promote abuse of the USA’s people, not to mention gross ignorance.
